Krista Mardar M.OMSc
Krista is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who takes a gentle, hands-on approach to helping people improve mobility and reduce their pain. After the birth of her first son, she was inspired to pursue a career in alternative healthcare to better support women through the postpartum journey and beyond. A graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Krista trained in Classical Manual Osteopathic Principles, which view the body as an interconnected, self-regulating system. As a proud OstCan (Osteopathy Canada) member and mother of two, she brings a calm, compassionate, and understanding presence to her treatments. Krista has a special interest in supporting women before, during, and after pregnancy, while welcoming patients of all ages and walks of life. Outside the clinic she enjoys family time, forest walks, and experimenting in the kitchen.
